    These Terms of Use apply to the use of the shareQR website (tapclass.com).

    By registering as a user, you accept these terms as binding.

    2. Registration and User Account

    Using our platform requires registration.

    Only your email address is required. You are obligated to keep your access data secret and prevent unauthorized access to your account by third parties.

    3. Uploading Materials

    As a registered user, you can upload educational materials.

    When uploading, you commit to:

    • Only upload content for which you have the necessary copyrights or usage rights
    • Not upload any copyrighted works by third parties without their express consent
    • Not provide any illegal, offensive, or discriminatory content

    Important Note:

    You are solely responsible for the materials you upload. We assume no liability for any copyright infringements or other legal violations through content provided by users.

    4. QR Code Generation and Usage

    A QR code is automatically created for each uploaded material through which students can access the material.

    You are responsible for preventing access to sensitive or personal data.

    The materials accessible via QR code must be suitable for the intended target group (e.g., your students).

    5. Rights to Materials

    By uploading, you grant us the simple, non-exclusive right to store the content on our platform and publish it for the purpose of making it available to students (accessible via QR codes).

    Commercial use of the materials by us does not occur.

    6. Platform Availability

    We strive for the most uninterrupted availability possible of our website.

    However, technical outages may occur occasionally. There is no claim to constant availability.

    7. Liability

    We are not liable for damages resulting from the use or unavailability of our platform, unless they are based on intentional or grossly negligent behavior.

    In particular, we are not liable for legal violations through content provided by users.

    8. Termination and Deletion of User Accounts

    You can request the deletion of your user account at any time. Simply send a brief email to info@shareqr.app.

    We reserve the right to block or delete accounts if a violation of these Terms of Use or applicable law is detected.

    9. Changes to Terms of Use

    We reserve the right to adjust these Terms of Use at any time.

    Registered users will be informed of changes in a timely manner. If you do not object to the changes within 14 days, the new terms are considered accepted.

    10. Final Provisions

    Should any provision of these Terms of Use be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

    The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
